If I am an out of network provider for your insurance providers.​ Please contact your insurance provider to determine your out-of-network mental health benefits. At your request I am able to provide a detailed bill to submit with your insurance for reimbursement.

Payment

All major credit cards are accepted forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel via email or phone at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a late cancellation fee.
